Go to the Contact Us section at the bottom of this page, tell us who you are and share preferred dates and times. We recommend scheduling about three months out (but we can usually accommodate requests with a shorter lead) and we can always schedule further out.
We offer programs during the day, evening, and weekends. Most programs for general audiences are scheduled on weekday evenings starting between 6-7 pm.
We love them all! Don't make us pick a favorite!
However, if you are scheduling a program for the first time time, we recommend programs that focus on artists with strong name recognition. Van Gogh, Michelangelo, Norman Rockwell and John Singer Sargent are usually safe bets! General audiences also tend to like The Art of the Scandal, Frenemies: The Art World's Greatest Rivalries and Secret Stories Behind the World's Most Iconic Paintings.
All programs are about an hour of content and allow for as much time as needed for Q&A.
All programs start at $300. There are additional costs associated with mileage and travel time for in-person programs. Discounts are available if you partner with another organization to share costs.
Yes, you may! Culturally Curious has a Zoom account that can accommodate up to 100 participants.
Generally speaking, we recommend that hosting organizations use their own Zoom accounts if available so that you can easily track attendance, collect email addresses, and record and share the program.
Yes, we do! Thank you for helping to share what we do! You are also welcome to share the recording on Youtube or other platforms.
We ask for a projector and screen or large TV monitor. A microphone is always appreciated!
We bring a laptop (PC) with the PowerPoint program. There are no audio needs related to the PowerPoint.
